My m early(a) was innate(p) in Croatia and my fathers family emigrated from Italy. I was brought up with deuce run-ins and two cultures. Although, I am not silvern in either language, I can see conversations among my families. Having these two cultures in my life has created a liberal nurture and has been a positive impact in my life. It gave me great deepness to understanding human experience by develop an apprehension for the customs and traditions beyond the American community. Speaking other languages is an added enrichment to the slope language. Growing up in a family unit of two languages, Croatian and Italian, has do me more aware of who I am as a person. As I got older, I realized that growing up in a bilingual home environment created a broader understanding of my Italian and Croatian set. I felt more connected to my root and had a better understanding the history of my family. Although, I was born as an American and respected all the American values, I silent had a connection to my familys beliefs, customs and language and I hope to pass on my traditional values to my children. I feel that the exposure to my familys language and the cultural modal auxiliary values has enhanced the mode I think and the way I relate to the American society. America is rich in different languages and cultures.
